By using the George's Podiums website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders

All orders placed through our website or via WhatsApp are subject to acceptance by George's Podiums. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is confirmed, you will be contacted to arrange payment and delivery details.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order acceptance is the price you will be charged. Custom orders may require a separate quote.

3. Custom Orders

For custom podiums and pulpits, a deposit may be required before production begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless the product is defective.

4. Payment

Payment methods will be communicated upon order confirmation. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash on pickup. Full payment is required before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Product Accuracy

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, minor variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

6. Limitation of Liability

George's Podiums is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
