We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Inspection Period

Upon receiving your podium or pulpit, you have 48 hours to inspect the product and report any defects or damage. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Defective Returns

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with no signs of use or damage. The customer is responsible for return transportation costs.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made podiums and pulpits are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. If payment was made via M-Pesa or bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the same account.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production or delivery has begun. If production has already started on a custom order, the deposit is non-refundable.
