Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver podiums and pulpits across Kenya. Below are our delivery options and estimated timeframes.

1. Delivery Options

• Pickup in Embakasi, Donholm — Free. Arrange a pickup time with us after your order is confirmed.
• Nairobi Delivery — KSh 1,500. Delivered within 1–3 business days within Nairobi.
• Outside Nairobi — KSh 3,500+. Delivery to other counties across Kenya. Timeframe depends on location, typically 3–7 business days.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation and payment. For in-stock items, processing takes 1–2 business days. Custom orders require a production period which will be communicated at the time of order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and production schedules for custom orders.

4. Delivery Confirmation

You will be contacted to arrange a specific delivery or pickup time. For deliveries, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the product.

5. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your product upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option. For deliveries outside Nairobi, additional charges may apply depending on the distance and size of the product.
